Blind quantum computing (BQC) allows a client to delegate quantum computations to a server while keeping both data and algorithms private. However, practical BQC faces major challenges when scaling to fault-tolerant regimes due to losses, overhead, and limited client capabilities.

Prof. Israel Klich (University of Virginia): "Swaps, displacements, non-stabilizerness and entanglement"

In this talk, I will present a beautiful—yet seemingly little-known—relation that expresses the SWAP operator in quantum mechanics as an average over Heisenberg-Weyl displacements. This relation holds for qubits, qudits, and even continuous-variable systems in quantum optics.
