The Helen Diller Quantum Center will fund a restricted number of Fellowships for Ukrainian and Russian Researchers and for undergraduate / graduate students allowing them to continue their scientific work in Israel.
The fellowships will be for the duration of up to three months, with an option for an extension.
The fellowships will cover up to a total of 25,000 NIS per researcher or up to a total of 18, 0000 NIS per undergraduate / graduate student for a three-month period.
The fellowship does not preclude matching fellowships or support from other sources but full disclosure is expected.
Eligibility
I The fellowship program is open to candidates of Ukrainian or Russian Nationality who reside in the Ukraine or in Russia at the time of their application or who left the Ukraine or Russia after February 2022.
II The fellowship program is open to candidates from all the Quantum disciplines.
III The candidates must hold a PhD degree, or be a registered graduate or undergraduate student in a department of science or engineering.
IV The candidates should be affiliated with a Ukrainian or a Russian university or research institute.
V Academic excellence will play a role in the selection
